Exchanges & Returns

At Alter Ego Nails, we carefully handcraft every nail set with love and attention to detail. While rare, minor imperfections may occur due to the handmade nature of our products. We appreciate your understanding and patience!

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept exchanges or returns unless the product is defective upon arrival.

Defective Items:

• If your order arrives damaged or with a rare defect, email us at youralteregonails@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.
• Include clear photos of the issue for review. If approved, we’ll send a replacement.

To be eligible for return:

• The item must be in the same condition as when you received it.
• It should be unused, including all tool kit items.
• The item must be in its original packaging.

No Refunds or Exchanges for:

• Change of mind or wrong size selection.
• Slight variations in color/design due to the handmade process or screen displays.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned package in its original condition. Please note that we do not accept items returned to us without prior approval.
